Kaleidoscope Network to Air Follow-up Segment on Innovative Beating Heart Bypass Surgery Performed by South Texas Cardiothoracic Surgeon
SAN ANTONIO - March 8, 2000. On March 9th and 24th at 12:30 PM (Eastern and Pacific Time), the Kaleidoscope Television Network will air follow-up segments to it's "Beating-Heart Bypass Surgery Special" which first aired in February 1999 to much critical acclaim from both consumers and the international medical community.
The follow-up segments will focus on the progress of the patient one year after Dr. Lawrence R. Hamner, III, President of the South Texas Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgical Associates, PLLC performed the surgery which was the first of its kind televised live and broadcast over the Internet.
"The follow-up segments to the surgery are very important for those individuals who are facing similar health problems," said Dr. Hamner.
